Located on the beachfront at Jumeirah Beach Residence overlooking the Arabian Gulf, FIVE Luxe is a 55-storey hospitality and residential development comprising 222 hotel rooms, 276 residences, themed suites, restaurants and extensive beachfront amenities.

CPLD was appointed to develop the lighting design for the hotel’s interior and exterior areas, including the spa and beachfront restaurants. The scheme was based on the original design by LDC, with several areas subsequently re-designed and further developed by CPLD in response to revised operator requirements and project changes.

The project was completed in 2024.

In 2026, Tet-a-Tet and Ronin received the Restaurant Lighting Design Project of the Year award at the Light Middle East Awards.
