Located on Level 9 of FIVE LUXE at Jumeirah Beach Residence, Paradiso Dubai brings to the city the concept of the Barcelona bar named The World's Best Bar in 2022 by The World's 50 Best Bars, and is counted among the best bars in the world. Its surreal, circus-inspired interior, with bold black-and-white stripes, candy-red accents and a theatrical back bar, sets the stage for the experience.

CPLD was appointed to design the lighting for both the interior bar and the outdoor terrace bar overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The lighting solution lets the space change character through the night. Early in the evening it is a clean, precise expression of the bold design, revealing its forms, colours and materials. Later, a fully dynamic lighting scheme takes over and turns the space into a night club. The same approach extends to the external bar, where the terrace moves from a relaxed sunset setting into a vibrant late-night destination.
