CPLD has been appointed to design the facade and landscape lighting across the development, encompassing 13 residential towers, Sobha’s new headquarters, sales support buildings, and an iconic public plaza with landmark fountains set within the central lagoon. Through a carefully layered and integrated lighting strategy, the project aims to enhance architectural identity, elevate the night-time experience, and reinforce the development’s status as a world-class residential destination. The project is currently under construction.
